Automotive Technician / Technical Specialist Wanted in Ommen!

Are you a skilled mechanic with a passion for big V8 engines, classic cars, modern performance vehicles, and motorsports? Then we are looking for you!

Hammink Performance, a specialist in classic and modern American vehicles, is looking to expand its workshop team.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic:

  • Experienced Automotive Technician or MBO Level 4 Technical Specialist (or equivalent)
  • Holder of a valid driver’s license
  • Passionate about working on, maintaining, and modifying vehicles
  • Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and think outside the box, even without manuals or instructions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Experience with motorsports, performance tuning, classic cars, custom builds, and/or restorations is a plus
  • Capable of diagnosing technical issues, including on classic vehicles where documentation may be limited
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • MOT/APK certification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it

What Will You Be Doing?

At Hammink Performance, you will work on a wide variety of exciting projects, including:

  • Engine, transmission, and differential rebuilds
  • Partial and full vehicle restorations
  • Custom builds
  • Performance tuning projects
  • Motorsport-related projects
  • Maintenance and repair of unique American vehicles
